No product added to compare list. After using it for the first time I already ran into some minor issues. No big deal I said to myself I'll get it sorted out by HP support. Since then I'm having more severe unresolved problems and it's really starting to frustrate me.
I've asked for help on this forum in the past but all I got were replies with basic fixes which didn't really help at all. Now I'm getting more and more issues. My sound isn't working anymore, I can hear the fan ratteling very loudly it's probably broken , the electric buzzing noise is still there.
As time goes on and my laptop keeps getting worse I'm having this feeling I've been sold a semi-defective product. What kind of quality am I dealing with here, this laptop wasn't cheap yet it's breaking down faster than anything I've seen before. It's really sad to see such a promising notebook break down on me so fast.
I don't feel like explaining all the complicated issues I'm having with my notebook on this forum anymore. This is why I want to physically take my laptop to a real physical hp store so someone can take a look at it from up close and come with solutions to my problems that WILL work.
I can't find any hp stores near my area where I can go to. I live in the Netherlands, where can I go to get my laptop checked out? I really hope this time I will get the help I need because I'm getting pretty pissed. I know this is customer support and I shouldn't take it out on you but I just want to express how I feel about the whole situation. I am going to escalate this and try to have moderators connect you to someone who can help.
No sadly I don't have any warranty left it expired not too long ago 1 or 2 month ago, I can't find the exact date. I don't know what the word ''model number'' translates to into dutch but I think it's one of these numbers below.
